Awful. Good luck getting them on the phone and if by some miracle you manage to schedule your installation expect to stand around waiting for 30mins for someone to serve you, then they'll try to find your tire, that's when the fun really begins. I gave up and cancelled my order.

Extremely disappointed with this location. What happened to customer service anymore? Took in my vehicle for a warranty repair and left paying $400 very unexpected bill. My sales guy named Hang, assured me that my tire was covered under warranty. However, he couldn’t just do the one tire and instead proceeded to tell me that I had to replace the other side as well. By far the worst experience I’ve experience at Costco. Even with an appointment, almost 3 hours later and my rotation and balance is still not done. I sat on the bench waiting room and heard at least 10 phone calls go unanswered. Note to self to never come back to this tire department. Reconsideration of whoever is managing this department should be taken.
