Though it’s slower than mentioned, both the technician and the receptionists are very professional and knowledgeable.
Bought new set of all season tires for the first time. Great communication online and easy to schedule and book. When I got there, Marone treated me with care and she even made sure the hub caps are back on. In addition, they took extra care for torque check after 40 km. Thank you to you and your team!
If I could give negative I would Feels like you're dealing with a bunch of scam artists Forced me to buy 2 tires during a nail repair saying that the deflated tire caused uneven tire wear and they have to replace in pairs. My car isn't AWD and treads were fine (tires were basically new) Refused to release the car untill paid so scam artists
Jan, the Tire Centre Manager at Costco Markham, provided outstanding customer service. Even though the issue was not caused by the warehouse, he took ownership, reviewed everything thoroughly, and resolved it quickly. Very professional and helpful. I’m really glad to have someone like Jan at this location,he truly made a frustrating experience much better. Truly appreciate his support.
