I was scammed in this place. I got a quotation for winter tires, the person printed it and I came in the following day to buy it. They made me pay 100 dollars more adding extra stuff and more expensive things that were quoted cheaper in the day before.
How about answering the phone? After 30 mins calling i gave up.
I spoke with the Costco in Biscan, and they confirmed through their inventory that they had eight of the Bridgestone Turanza Prestige tires in stock and assured me that they are a fine tire that would work just fine on my Tesla. However, when I went to the Tire Center at Colossus, the staff falsely claimed I had to buy run-flats because I don't have a spare, despite my car coming with standard tires like the Michelin Primacy MXM4, and tried to upsell me on a new set of rims. Wendy and Rob are the best.
This is hands down the worst Costco Tire Center I’ve ever experienced. I booked an appointment to change from winter tires to all-seasons. After doing an hour of shopping, I asked the lady at the front desk for an update. She went to check with the mechanics and walked back with the manager, telling me it was taking a little longer.
