Wendy and Rob are the best.
This is hands down the worst Costco Tire Center I’ve ever experienced. I booked an appointment to change from winter tires to all-seasons. After doing an hour of shopping, I asked the lady at the front desk for an update. She went to check with the mechanics and walked back with the manager, telling me it was taking a little longer. But right then, I literally saw my car just entering the garage through the window. Bad experience, Ordered all season tires online and went for my appointment and the technician said they couldn’t take the winter tires off my car as they didn’t had the right tools to do so. What kind of special tools does it take to remove tires ? Took the tires to some other shop and they were able to change it. Costco wasted 3 hours of my day. Absolutely horrible
I went to Costco yesterday to change my tires, but they told me they couldn’t proceed because they were run-flat tires without rim and needed an approval from a manager. Since the manager wasn’t available, I was told I would receive a call the next morning, so I wasted my evening and left. Instead of what was promised, I got a call after 4 PM the following day. I needed to get a new battery for my car. Wendy asked me a some questions to ensure I get the right one. I appreciated that she didnt push the more expensive one on me. Also no issues with my tire change today!! Great service as always. Thank you Wendy and Tony for being so friendly and patient.
