3 of 4 of my trucks aluminum wheels had the clear coat damaged and etched after tire balance and rotation. It appeared that a corrosive substance had been used to wipe or clean the outer edges on 3 of the 4 aluminum wheels resulting in cracking and etching of the clear coat. I returned to the Costco tire shop and showed the tire shop and store supervisor. Not sure what it is about this tire shop at this costco but I have had nothing but issues from this location. Worst costumer service I've ever experienced. I like to give people and businesses the benefit of the doubt but my experience has been terrible everytime at this location. I keep coming back because its costco related and usually things costco related can be resolved. Not at the tire shop. If there is a chance there might be an issue then walk away because its not worth your time. They are rude and inconsiderate and ... read more
