Deplorable customer service. Not worth the savings.
I've had good prices and good service across 15 years. I'm glad they're here !
Not good... after several trips to the tire center and speaking with multiple employees there. I lost a whole week plus an hour of my time because of these guys. Find an accredited place to get tires from.
I have been using the Costco Tire Center since I moved here 6 years ago. In that time I have taken in Jeeps, Tahoes, BMWs, and RAMs and ALWAYS experienced good service, fair prices, and hard working people. Matt in particular has helped me find tires for my Motorhome and special ordered tires that were not usually stocked by Costco. Look around in the shop or in the sales area and you will find a shop that is VERY busy!! They do not have dedicated sales people. It took over an hour to do 4 tires on my Honda. I can do a set in 22 minutes at my old shop. I guess new technology takes 38 minutes longer?
