Not sure what it is about this tire shop at this costco but I have had nothing but issues from this location. Worst costumer service I've ever experienced. I like to give people and businesses the benefit of the doubt but my experience has been terrible everytime at this location. I keep coming back because its costco related and usually things costco related can be resolved. Not at the tire shop. Not good... after several trips to the tire center and speaking with multiple employees there. I lost a whole week plus an hour of my time because of these guys. Find an accredited place to get tires from.
I have been using the Costco Tire Center since I moved here 6 years ago. In that time I have taken in Jeeps, Tahoes, BMWs, and RAMs and ALWAYS experienced good service, fair prices, and hard working people. Matt in particular has helped me find tires for my Motorhome and special ordered tires that were not usually stocked by Costco. Look around in the shop or in the sales area and you will find a shop that is VERY busy!! They do not have dedicated sales people.
