Had an appointment to have tires installed, after waiting for about 45 minutes we decided to leave, and noticed the car was still on the lift. They did not ever contact us to tell us the car was done, so over 3 hours had passed and we finally decided to go in and ask what was taking so long since we had no notice of anything, and the car was sitting outside. We had many other things to do today and this ruined all of those plans.
I made an appointment for 3:00 to fix a flat. I brought my car at 3:00. At 5:00, my car hadn't even been pulled into the shop yet. I complained and it was done by 6pm. It should not take 3 hours to fix a flat when you MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. I have had many visits to Costco tire like this... I will never buy tires there again.
I’m getting my tires changed. An hour in, they called to tell me a TPMS sensor is out, and they need to replace it. I said sure. Another half an hour later: “A different TPMS sensor is out, sorry, we should have checked that one earlier too.” I said no worries, replace that too. Poor communication and time expectations. Purchased one tire online, scheduled installation online, they call me, we move up the appointment to 2:30 the next day. My poor wife waits in store until 6:15 then finally asks them about it, come to find out it's been done for an hour. One tire should not take 3 to 4 hours, set your expectations low on how long it takes them to get it done and don't expect them to communicate with you when it's done.
