Terrible service. Good tires. Half of the people that I've dealt with here are unprofessional and condescending. Lack of communication. Extremely inaccurate estimation to complete work. Easily avoidable mistakes.
I spoke w/ Joe at the Tire Center and asked him some questions about the tire warranty and general tire questions; he was very *kind* and helpful.
It's a no for me. Had to wait two weeks for tires that fit my car. Once they came in special order, I called the same day for an apt. Guy on the phone told me 2pm. When I got there I was told my apt wasn't until 230... Then was told they were behind so it would be about 2 hours. Seems like a long time but okay. It's now been 3 hours, I've seen everything in costco twice, drank a smoothie, and built a 1000 piece lego set in the food court.... still no car. I started my day at costco for tires. No one was standing at the counter when I arrived. In 1 minute, 3 different employees greeted me and asked if I needed help. Everyone was polite and professional. I picked tires, was given a price, and offered an appointment. My appointment was on time/ early. Again, everyone was attentive polite and knowledgeable. My car has an issue, which they addressed, and helped me with my next appointment. I will continue to send everyone to costco
