Now I understand your 2.7 star reviews (and sinking). Had a 6:15 appt for a simple balance and rotation. After spending $1K on tires a couple of months ago, this is a recommended (required) service. Showed up 10 min early, and they said it would be at least an hour?? Say what? I have an appt. for a 20-min job (max), and it's going to be an hour! The dealer doesn't even take that long!
A company known for customer service and they dropped the ball so hard. I called to check for my tires and book an appointment. The rep just said yeah we got them come on in so we go and to my surprise they don’t have it and blamed me for the mistake. So I order the correct tires then have them book me for Saturday afternoon luckily I called to double check and guess what no tires for a week now. They take a while but they do a good job and they aren't snakes. I was in the automotive industry for 12 years - 5 of which as a commercial sales manager. During that time I had worked with probably 100+ businesses. I could legitimately only recommend about 5 of them. I can recommend this place. Very disappointing experience at the Lake Stevens Costco Tire Center. An employee named Danney looked at a photo of our tire and instantly said it wasn’t fixable, without any physical inspection. Even after we asked multiple times if he was sure, he repeatedly said “yes, yes” and claimed he would put his entire career on it not being patchable. He then insisted we needed four new tires because the car is AWD and tried to sell us Turanza tires. We took the car to Lake Stevens Les Schwab, where they inspected it properly, fixe... read more
Back in August I had a tire replaced here but they rotated my tires without my consent. Do not recommend coming here for tires. Go to Smokey Point Costco instead
