After a terrible experience with a new tire installation at Discount Tire in Burlington, I stopped by the Costco Tire Center in Lake Stevens for help. Danney and his team went above and beyond to make sure the mistakes made by Discount Tire were corrected and that my car was safe to drive. Even though I hadn’t purchased my tires from Costco, they didn’t hesitate to help — their customer service and clear communication were outstanding. They’ve definitely earned my trust and my future tire business.
I needed tires for both my cars. I ordered online via the app. They arrived within 3 days and I was able to schedule an appointment for both cars (separate days). Each appointment took about an hour long for install. Other than some system issues they were having the overall process was very smooth. The staff is friendly and prompt. I will continue using Costco for my tires!
This was wild, the boys filled my (HD truck that tows excavators down I5 with all of us sharing the lanes) at 40 PSI. The PSI required is 80 for the back and 55 for the front. I noticed when I was towing this big machine that my tires looked flat so I stopped, checked and subsequently filled the tires. Also, I requested that the brand new tire I bought the day before be put on the spare, with the four new Costco ones on the actual truck. Do not come here if you value your time. I ordered tires last week and made an appointment to come in at 10am this Monday. Lo and behold, no appointment was made for me, ever…(Noah sold me the tires and made the “appointment.”) My husband brings the car in at 9:50 to find this out, and is told they can have him out before noon despite the mishap. After 3 hours it’s finally done, and the technician says he called and left a voicemail 15 minutes prior…there was no missed call or message and my husband was in the waiting room. ... read more
Terrible service. Good tires. Half of the people that I've dealt with here are unprofessional and condescending. Lack of communication. Extremely inaccurate estimation to complete work. Easily avoidable mistakes.
