I have had my tires balanced and rotated here 4 times because it's free with buying tires from Costco. All 4 times it has taken them 2+ hours to complete despite the 1 hour estimate. The first time they even failed to torque the tires correctly and damaged my car. Avoid if possible
Excellent service. They would not accept tips or payment. I have Raynauds and don’t do well with cold weather and hand dexterity. The team at Costco tires was more than willing and kind in filling my tires for me.
