Only place I’ll get my tires done. Can’t beat getting free rotations and repairs. I’ve used the road hazard warranty a few times now. Great value.
I hope to rate them with minus , i just gave them 2 stars because they still carry the name of my favorite store , it is a kind of wasting your time, i think Costco if still care about their reputation should cancel this department or get at least 5 more worker
It’s very difficult to review a place that doesn’t answer their phone- I wanted to but tires at Costco in Cherry Hill but it’s like banging your head against the wall— quite ridiculous!!!
Jim did the tires on my new z. Great job and a real professional. All the guys that work there are knowledgeable and friendly.
I purchased four tires that were supposed to be delivered in two days but yet to receive the delivery after thirteen days now, no explanation provided. Long wait time at the counter, understaffed customer support center, the phone is not being picked up. Very frustrating service.
