Poor quality of work---my new tires are so scuffed up from them putting them on, they didn't look new anymore when we picked up the car, and the tire light came on during the drive home, so we have to take care of that now. The tire center has one employee so everyone who checks in for an appointment or comes to pick up their keys has to wait while others comparison shop for tires on-site. Very disappointed with my experience at the Costco Tire Center in Cherry Hill. During service, my wheel lock was broken, and now I have to take my vehicle to the dealership to have it repaired. The manager was being obnoxious and disrespectful after I stated my concerns. They also once never took accountability for their negligence and wrongdoing. This has caused extra time, inconvenience, and expense that I shouldn’t have to deal with after coming here for tire service.

I brought my car in for new pressure sensors. I ended up getting new tires too. Fair price and kind staff but when they brought my car out to ke, the check engine light was on, which they acknowledged was not there when I brought it in. I filed an incident report. After two weeks their third party investigator told me she reviewed video footage, found no negligence and basically good luck, we deny all responsibility. Insane.

2 stars just for the manager Destiny who seemed to actually care. Word to the wise don’t use their website to figure out what tire size you need, mine was slightly off so have to order new ones and schedule yet another appointment. This took an hour and a half for them to tell me after my appointment time. .25 miles away from Costco the tire light comes on, I open my trunk and they chucked my original tire on top (it was put away underneath) Apathetic and understaffed, and rude. Never again.

I got a nail in my tire and called and spoke to Jason who said to bring it in and he’d have it fixed in under an hour! And he did ! I can’t say enough great things about him.
