We had a very disappointing experience with Costco Tires Service at Cherry Hill and I do not recommend it. We purchased tires and were given an appointment, but they never honored it. When we showed up, they told us the tires had not arrived and that they would call us when they did. No one ever called. I love Costco. This tire center has to work on their timing. Had an appointment for 12:45, got there and they said they'd get to it to eval within the hour. Took an hour and 15 mins. They said the service would take an hour. I checked in after 1:25 and they said 10 mins. Car came out over 20 mins later. I know estimates are hard but I really wish they'd be more realistic. I grabbed some cold food an hour and 10 mins into the 1 hour estimate and it still got warm.

I went for a tire rotation and was told 1.5 hours and it will be done. I try to call the tire center 1 to 1.5 hours after and no one answers. I come back 2 hours after I left and say any news on my car I never got a call. The man behind the desk says you need to speak to the supervisor. I wait longer and he comes out and says that my three tires are bald and need replacement, which is odd as I get my car serviced at the same tire center and was never told I had that little tread left (which would have been expected as they s... read more

Only place I’ll get my tires done. Can’t beat getting free rotations and repairs. I’ve used the road hazard warranty a few times now. Great value.
