Good prices for tires, installation included, 5 year hazard warranty. A wide assortment of interstate brand batteries at a competitive or better prices. Very good customer service from Richard, Jumar, Kenny and the rest of the crew. Prepare to wait for a few hours when they’re busy though. One suggestion: get some food inside and Owings Mills Public library is just 5-10 minutes easy walk and it’ll be a good place to spend your time. This place is horrible and they have a select customer program. If you plan to get your tires rotated you should use the multiplier of 2. This factor is applied to those who made appointments online. If you are a walk in use the multiplier of 10. If they tell you 1hour plan on 2. If they tell you 1.5 hours x 2 = 3 and so on. This doesn’t count for the select customer program which could add any amount of time to your wait. It’s unfortunate, but it is not worth buying tires here. GO ELSEWHERE!
This could possibly be the worst automotive tire install center and customer service response ever. I would avoid the Tire Center at all cost, I took my parents vehicle in to have four new tires installed, I left with a strip wheel hub and over inflated tires. The cost to repair this damage is over $1,500.00. Costco did not accept responsibility and my elderly folks are left to foot the bill. I would avoid the Tire Center at all cost, I took my folks vehicle for tire service, I left with a strip wheel hub and over inflated tires. Costco did not accept responsibility and my elderly folks are left to foot the bill.
