This place is horrible and they have a select customer program. If you plan to get your tires rotated you should use the multiplier of 2. This factor is applied to those who made appointments online. If you are a walk in use the multiplier of 10. If they tell you 1hour plan on 2. If they tell you 1.5 hours x 2 = 3 and so on. This doesn’t count for the select customer program which could add any amount of time to your wait. It’s unfortunate, but it is not worth buying tires here. GO ELSEWHERE!
This could possibly be the worst automotive tire install center and customer service response ever. I would avoid the Tire Center at all cost, I took my parents vehicle in to have four new tires installed, I left with a strip wheel hub and over inflated tires. The cost to repair this damage is over $1,500.00. Costco did not accept responsibility and my elderly folks are left to foot the bill. Worst tire center they are nothing professions change appointments when they want, I went to a tire rotation and apparently they don't know how to use the tools they have they dented the bottom of my van since I arrived the staff was staying for the type of vehicle, if you don't like your job look for another one.
