Worst tire center they are nothing professions change appointments when they want, I went to a tire rotation and apparently they don't know how to use the tools they have they dented the bottom of my van since I arrived the staff was staying for the type of vehicle, if you don't like your job look for another one. Came in for a balance. Not only did they not take off the old weights, which means my tires still vibrated, but they forgot to give me back my lug socket, which required a drive back to the store. It was still on their torque wrench. And they never called to let me know my car was done.
Have been waiting three hours for them to put ONE tire on my vehicle. That's with an appointment. Corporate needs to do something about how this tire center is run. It's a joke.
