I've never used the tire services here before because its a 2 hour drive away, but because we live Costco so much, I figured it would be worth the drive. It absolutely was. The scheduling was easy, our tires arrived much sooner than anticipated and Costco TC got a hold of me to see if I wanted to schedule sooner. Prompt, respectful, great service.
My tire replacement appointment was honored and they also checked & topped off my spare.
The guys are the best. My car ran hot and they was ablebto assist with getting me some water.
Love these guys. Always sharp. Shawn, Q, Jacques, Jason, Kyle (& when Isaiah was there) all excellent explanations and take their time to triple check their work. My wife and I take extra care of our Infinti’s and we feel super comfortable leaving it with them. Thank you for having these folks here. They protect our family by keeping our cars safe.
2 hour wait for a tire patch despite having an apportionment. After 1.5 hours, was told the tire was unrepairable. It took another 30 min for me to get the car back. Horrible experience, especially since I had bought frozen food since no one told me how long the wait would be. Something is wrong here, especially since I’ve worked as a manager in automotive - this isn’t how people should be treated
