2 hour wait for a tire patch despite having an apportionment. After 1.5 hours, was told the tire was unrepairable. It took another 30 min for me to get the car back. Horrible experience, especially since I had bought frozen food since no one told me how long the wait would be. Something is wrong here, especially since I’ve worked as a manager in automotive - this isn’t how people should be treated
3 hour wait for a scheduled tire rotation is absolutely absurd. What is going on here??
Consistent slow service. 2+ hours to swap 4 tpms sensors is absolute crazy work. I know this cause I used to work in a tire shop. Just cause you might have an appointment scheduled at noon, and just because their tech says it should take an hour and 45 minutes tops, doesn't mean your car will be done before 2pm. Expect it to take closer to 3 hours. Do better.

Great service, they hooked me up with PS5 tires for my GR Corolla at a way cheaper price. I got a nail in the sidewall of my tire a few days before my appointment to get them installed, and they got me in that day to help me out. Myself and my Wife are getting tires here for now on!
