Great service, they hooked me up with PS5 tires for my GR Corolla at a way cheaper price. I got a nail in the sidewall of my tire a few days before my appointment to get them installed, and they got me in that day to help me out. Myself and my Wife are getting tires here for now on!
I heard alot of good things about costco tire service in pooler so I recommended a customer of mine to go their after about two years her tire developed a small leak. After calling up there to see about taking the car in for a warranty the guy was very rude on the phone saying my customer needed to bring service records where the tires had been rotated every 7,000 miles so I told my customer to take all of the service records where the tires had been rotated every 7,000 miles. Our tire was sliced by something on the highway while we were still nine hours from home. We called the tire center from the road side, and they had the tires we needed and fit us in immediately. They noted the age of the other tires, and in under two hours we had four new tires and could finish our road trip safely. They even took it on a substantial test drive before giving it back to us to ensure we wouldn't have issues further down the road. Their concern for our safety and time was outstanding!
Excellent service from the tire folks with a nail in a new tire. Andrew the service rep/manager and the other Costco mechanics were super helpful and quickly got us back on the road. A great place for tires!
