Thank you for installing my red ring. I thought that just take it out and keep it on my trunk. But they took it out from old tire and put it in new tire. It is so perfect service what I have ever. Thank you so much and I appreciate it.
Make sure they have the right name when you pick your car up. They tried saying we never bought tires from them before, said we had a different car, and argued with us saying they couldn't do anything about our tires. Finally I asked if they had the right name and they realized they had the wrong person. They could have given us the keys to the wrong car. Malik was the only nice employee that we talked to
The old caucasian guy always seems to ruined the service experience. Every time I am there he will yell "there is a 2 or 3 hours wait" even before knowing what I am there for. Once I get to the counter he will do something else, instead of helping me. I regret buying my tires from them
Just had a very pleasant experience with Malik! He made my husband and I laugh the whole time we were buying a car battery and scheduling an appointment. Costco has always been consistent with their Tire Service Center.
