The old caucasian guy always seems to ruined the service experience. Every time I am there he will yell "there is a 2 or 3 hours wait" even before knowing what I am there for. Once I get to the counter he will do something else, instead of helping me. I regret buying my tires from them
Just had a very pleasant experience with Malik! He made my husband and I laugh the whole time we were buying a car battery and scheduling an appointment. Costco has always been consistent with their Tire Service Center.
