The reviews are true: they are understaffed and never answer the phone. It sucks because costco has a reputation for quality but this tire center should invest more in their customer service skills. I did not have a Willy Funn time here, it was quite the opposite. while waiting for the worker to confirm my tire appointment on the computer, he locked himself out of the computer and was asking his coworker what went wrong. he then walked away without saying anything to me while I was awkwardly waiting at the counter while 5 ot... read more
I had a great experience. Everything went very smoothly and they did a great job. I noticed they filled my tires to spec, on the dot. Also because I have weight in the back of my truck that is obviously always there, they filled the back tires above spec to compensate - very considerate of them. Also, about $120 cheaper than other tire shops for my two tires.
While they don’t pick up the phone too well (because they’re normally grinding in the back), the service was great in person. In person, I was able to get a tire (slow leak) replaced. I came in as a walk in first thing in the morning (20 minutes earlier than opening). I recommend if you’re a walk in, come in early at 8:30. Or if it’s not emergent, make an appointment! I bought 4 batteries today almost $500.00. I am a female and had my service dog with me. The two people in front of me got great service, the male bought 2 batteries and the service person took the batteries to his vehicle. Then a female had a leak in her tire. The rep that helped me rolled the tire to the vehicle and set an appointment a couple week later.
