They don't seem to know how to answer a phone
Would rate 0 stars if I could. I have always bought tires from Costco. Had a blow tire emergency, told "too bad we dont take walk-ins" All 4 bays are booked for winter tires swap. How about you keep a bay for people with costco tire emergencies? People that have paid good money. Once you get them installed you're out of luck for any sort of emergncy. Absolute disgrace of an organization. I will never buy tires from here again.
went in with a nail in my tire they said it will take a hour so i waited for an hour just for them to say the tire is not fixable, never got the money back that i paid and then they tried to sell me a new set of tires, went somewhere else and they had the nail pulled and plug in within half an hour
