Had a scheduled Oil Change appointment for when I would already be in Oshawa. My plans changed so in order to keep my appointment I drove 45 km just for the oil change. Ten minutes after I dropped the car off they called and said they are out of oil filters. The shippment never came in. They should have informed my of that in advance. Its a 3.6 ltr GMC, very, very common filter. I was out time and gas because they have poor inventory control and customer service.
