They don’t answer their phone. They don’t respect appointment times. When you have an appointment expect to wait up to an hour and a half over your appointment time. I won’t make the mistake again with buying tires with Costco and I urge anyone who sees this to buy tires at Sam’s Club.
Dropped car off for a set of new tires. After an hour I asked Don when my car would be ready, he had an attitude, walked to the back, came back out and never acknowledged me again. I’m stuck. I live in Lewiston. A simple answer was all I was looking for. Still waiting.,..
It should not take 2 hours for a tire rotation. I refuse to ever use them again.
Currently waiting for my winter tires to be taken off and summer put on. When I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment I was told that they were an hour behind schedule (appointment at 4:45). No big deal. I'll mosey while I grocery shop as I was told the appointment would take 45 min once it went in. Went back at 6:15 as I was asked to do. Then I was told they should have pushed me back 2 hours and they had just gotten my car in so I have "at least 45 more minutes ". Im irritated because a simple call to let me know my ... read more
