Logan was wonderful and made sure I got on my way safely after talking me through some tire issues that I had. I’d recommend their services to anyone, based on the high bar that they set on service and safety. Thanks!
Two hour wait after appointed time before getting tyres mounted, which took an additional one hour and forty-five minutes till completion. After which I found one of my local shops could get the same tyres for ~$100 less than Costco. I would not recommend.
My husband and son took my son’s car in to have snow tires installed. We ordered the tires weeks ago and scheduled the appointment the same day—Monday, November 17th at 7:00 PM. After sitting in the food court for over an hour, my husband finally went to get an update. They hadn’t even pulled the car into the shop yet, and the store was closing in 10 minutes.
