Two hour wait after appointed time before getting tyres mounted, which took an additional one hour and forty-five minutes till completion. After which I found one of my local shops could get the same tyres for ~$100 less than Costco. I would not recommend.
My husband and son took my son’s car in to have snow tires installed. We ordered the tires weeks ago and scheduled the appointment the same day—Monday, November 17th at 7:00 PM. After sitting in the food court for over an hour, my husband finally went to get an update. They hadn’t even pulled the car into the shop yet, and the store was closing in 10 minutes. Don should win rudest employee of the year award for not even being able to engage on a simple phone call. The attitude he displayed was incomprehensible and made my blood boil. Not the first time according to other reviews here.
Helped us when we discovered our car had a flat tire on a Sunday morning and we were supposed to drive back to Chicago. Got there shortly after they opened and they were able To Repair our tire vs having to buy a new set! In and out in a little over an hour, very nice staff- Scott and the rest of the team did great! There are almost no options on a Sunday and they really got us out of a jam!
