Waited over 2 hours in the store for my 4 new tires to be installed. Not bad; I expected a long wait and was told it would be an hour and a half. However, when I got my car back, I noticed my visor was broken. So that sucks. They didn't say anything about it when I picked it up.
In a time when customer service is poor, today’s visit to Costco was a new low. I waited in the store for the 90 minute installations. I was to be called when the four tires were installed. No call ever came. I went to the desk…a guy came out and asked which vehicle was mine. I told him. He said, “oh, we have a problem”. I was never called. Wasted hours. I ordered tires in store on Friday and was told they should be there the next day but he guaranteed them by Monday. When I didn't get a call Monday I called them about 7:30pm. Hoping to get them scheduled this week at the latest. The gentleman on the phone acted like I was an inconvenience and sort of giggled when he realized I ordered them just 3 days earlier.
