Every single time I come in they take 2 to 3 hours longer then they say.
I have never gotten anything but excellent service, kindness and spot on advice from the staff at Costco tire center. They work tirelessly and I think are a bit understaffed. I usually plan to drop off my car and get errands done or go to the nearby YMCA for a workout or just do my COSTCO shopping. They always have my car done the same day and it saves my back from the work of tire rotations. Keep up the good work

Waited over 2 hours in the store for my 4 new tires to be installed. Not bad; I expected a long wait and was told it would be an hour and a half. However, when I got my car back, I noticed my visor was broken. So that sucks. They didn't say anything about it when I picked it up.
