I pay for a membership for Costco for one year. I buy a battery that has a three year warranty that says bring it back to Costco. My membership expires and I have no desire to renew. My battery goes out not long after my membership expires, but well within the warranty parameters. I was told they would not swap my battery out for a new one and I would only be refunded a partial amount because I was no longer a member. I got 4 new tires they called back saying I have a cracked rim and that sucks but I went in the back to look at my rim I noticed they over filled my tire then when I get my truck back the psi pressure was 50 51 and 40 for the record my truck is rated for 39 psi so I walk back in and ask why is there a difference and the guy just said someone must have filled it different. I had horrible service and will never be coming back to a Costco for anything ever! If you care about your car you will do the same!!!!!!!!!
Very nice and helpful staff and decent tires. But i have had air leaking in my f150 since I bought tires here. They recently tried installing new tpms/valve stem and now it's worse. They tried to fix again but still leaking. Now I'll pay for it to get done right at a tire shop. They are limited at what type of work they can do.

We ordered tires online, but got a flat in the meantime. They fixed our flat without an appointment and gave us a same day appointment to put the other tire on and rotate the tires. But they didn't hook the tire sensors back up. We went back and they wanted to charge us $100 to hook them up. No way! We took it to a local shop for the rest of our auto work and they hooked the sensors up for free.
