Even though they close at 8:30, I was there at 8:00. They asked if I bought the tire from there, and I said no. There was a screw in my tire, but they didn’t help me

Today on March 18th 2026 I went to the Costco Tire Center in North Brunswick, NJ to have my tires balanced and rotated. Aziz signed me in and Peter worked on my car. I have always found the workers to be kind and very helpful. They answer my questions and I always learn something about my car when I come here. Peter is the boss and he doesn't order the workers around, but actually works on the cars along with the other guys. Book for 1:45 they didn’t started working on the truck until 2:30pm like how is that even ahh talk about messing up my schedule, so i had to wait until 4 for the car to be done,
