One of the worst experience, feeding wrong information to customers. (Supervisor / team) Would not be doing my business with Costco tire again being an executive member. I wish had a zero star, instead of a single star.
Oh boy. I purchased new tires from Costco thinking it would be a pleasant experience. I'm a young guy. I've never had to purchase four brand new tires at the same time so I am unfamiliar with how long it takes to put new tires on a vehicle. I dropped my vehicle off at 3:15 right when my appointment was scheduled. Kim told me it would be about an hour and that I would get a message when my vehicle was ready. Kim, needs better training. She always has an attitude and always rude. When I call and she answers, I know its going to be a bad phone call. Everyone else at tire center good job.
