Kim, needs better training. She always has an attitude and always rude. When I call and she answers, I know its going to be a bad phone call. Everyone else at tire center good job.
Had an issue with tires I purchased through them where at 20k miles they are already needing to be replaced even though they were Bridgestone 80k miles tire. Received no help and was just met with attitude and when I asked for the Bridgestone warranty phone number to deal with it myself the woman wrote down Bridgestone.com. Will never buy tires here again no matter the deal. Thought the perk was that Costco would have your back.
Amazing service as always. This time, Michael N. gave us options on how to take care of a flat tire when they could’ve ripped us off and we wouldn’t have known any better. Good service, good quality, and honesty are hard to come by these days. Thank you, Michael!
Great service and prices!
Name brand tires at good prices ($300 cheaper than Discount at the time). I like that their quotes are all-inclusive (valve stem, mount, balance, road hazard). Install time just over an hour, which was pretty good. Enjoy the Costco food court while you wait
