My sister and I went to the Costco Tire Centre today and was greeted by Kim immediately. She asked if she could help and within 10 minutes, we had new winter tires and our appointment booked for the end of the month. Kim was very knowledgeable, very friendly and made us laugh. We always experience great customer service when shopping at Costco but Kim's was exceptional today! Thanks Kim!
Refused to mount my new tires because they weren't purchased at Costco. Booked the appointment online weeks in advance and no notice was given that they didn't do new tires. Now every place is booked up and I can't get them mounted. Thanks Costco.
They refused to mount my new tires because I didn’t buy them from Costco, said they can only mount used tires. Manager was rude and didn’t care that he had wasted my time driving there and making an appointment. Nowhere on costco website does it mention this new policy and I just had it done last year on a different car with no problem.
I purchased four Michelin tires here, and it was definitely the worst Costco purchase I've ever had. The service was very slow with a lot of waiting time. After three weeks, the tire air pressures reduced significantly, and I needed to spend two more days in -20-degree Edmonton to use the guarantee to adjust them. They use nitrogen for tires, and it shouldn't cause a reduction of 40% after only three weeks.
