I recently purchased new tires for my truck from the Kingston location, and it was a great experience! Not only were the tires a couple hundred dollars less expensive than other prices that I received, the installation process was quick and ran smoothly. The ladies working the desk were knowledgeable and friendly. If your in need of tires, I highly recommend them.

Recently had new tires put on my vehicle. An error was made but was quickly solved with a heartfelt apology and a gift card. The front desk staff were all so polite and friendly. I will definitely be a repeat customer
They were the kindest and warmest team I could have imagined. So I have to leave a review! Callum really saved our day with their boss and two other staff. Avoid doing business with Costco tire. While they do offer benefits, the frustrations of waiting in line, bad scheduling, refusing services, and endless debates and back-and-forths regarding the value of a tire if replaced is a huge waste of time. To replace our tire, we had to wait three weeks with no communication about if and when it would arrive.
