Recently had new tires put on my vehicle. An error was made but was quickly solved with a heartfelt apology and a gift card. The front desk staff were all so polite and friendly. I will definitely be a repeat customer
They were the kindest and warmest team I could have imagined. So I have to leave a review! Callum really saved our day with their boss and two other staff. Avoid doing business with Costco tire. While they do offer benefits, the frustrations of waiting in line, bad scheduling, refusing services, and endless debates and back-and-forths regarding the value of a tire if replaced is a huge waste of time. To replace our tire, we had to wait three weeks with no communication about if and when it would arrive. Where do I start? Worst tire service ever! I'll never buy tires at Costco again!
Fabulous pricing on Michelin tires. Easy online scheduling. Fast, friendly service done on time. Just got a new set of Michelin Cross Climate all weather tires for my Bronco. I've had them on an Ford Escape, and the light truck version on a motorhome for two years... can't be beat! Rated for mud and snow, but you leave them on all year round. Great summer performance as well. Three thumbs up for the tires and the service.
