Unresponsive. They order the wrong rims, installed them. They told me take the car home and a manager would call me back. It’s been months with no communication.
I don't understand the negative comments. The process couldn't be easier. I ordered tires online and saved $500 over other quotes I got in town. They shipped to the store in 5 days. I verified they had arrived and double checked my appointment by calling the store. The day of my appointment, I dropped off my car and 2 hours later, it was ready. They should have a zero. I made a 11 am appointment. 3 hours for a tire change over is unacceptable.
Brought my 2018 4Runner in to get the tiers sensors check/replaced because the tiers pressure light was on and flashing. I was told they were unable to work on my tiers because of worn tread, no problem. Bought new tiers. When I got my vehicle back the tier pressure light was still on and my traction control light was on and the system was not working. You can order your tires online, make an appointment to be the first one in the morning and it still takes them 2 hours to mount them on a compact. This is my third set of tires here and always the same.
