Very hard to get ahold of someone here. Appointments are so far out in advanced.
Tire purchase already paid for. Very disappointed. Ordered on Mar 30, 2026 before weather warmed up too much. Documentation says all 4 tires shipped on two orders same day early Apr 2026. 2 of the 4 tires appear to have walked off from Shipper, Carrier or Costco Warehouse (in Barrie). No one is taking responsibility and all pass the buck between corporate and Barrie. Our car still is using snow tires daily and additional wear and reduced road life on us. Bought tires and rims for a pretty good price but that’s the only positive thing I can think of. Their install service requires you to book weeks in advance to get tires installed. When you show up to get them installed it takes hours. I was also told I’d get a text when my car was ready, that never happened. My wife went to get her tires installed, gave them different lug nuts to install, and they didn’t listen and reinstalled the original lug nuts. She also did not receive a text when her car was ready. Been calling them all day. haven’t picked up once! I let the phone ring for at least five minutes no one picked up. How Can I book an appointment by phone if you can’t answer your phone?
