They'll leave you waiting in limbo with no indication that your car is ready to pick up. They simply don't value your time (or your business).
Costco’s tire warranty is very misleading. When I tried to use it, they simply refused to honor it and offered only excuses. The warranty sounds good at the time of purchase, but when you actually need it, it’s useless. Paying a premium at Costco makes no sense if they won’t stand behind their own products.
Wish I had read the reviews before buying tires at Costco Barrie. I've been waiting 2 weeks for the tires to come in (they tell you 1 week), had an appointment booked to have Costco cancel it and tell me to rebook - oh but there are no appointments available for another week. So expect a 3 week wait from the time you order to install.
If I could give them less than 1 star, I would… HORRIBLE experience. Firstly, had to wait over a week for a tire change appointment — got there early, and it took them 2 hours for my car for a simple tire change. They ended up telling me they could only put 3 tires on because the last wheel had a nut that was “ceased” on (with no solution provided)… they told me to come back whenever I could get it off (I’m a woman, who is 8 months pregnant & needed my tires changed for safety as my old tires were worn out — couldn’t “wait” ... read more
