Been calling them all day. haven’t picked up once! I let the phone ring for at least five minutes no one picked up. How Can I book an appointment by phone if you can’t answer your phone?
Terrible service from start to finish! I got to the place 15mins before my appointment as instructed but the woman at the desk was taking a very long time with other customers (she was moving like a snail) then has the audacity to say to me "Just so you should be here 15mins before your appointment." I told her I wanted the brand new black lug nuts on the tires and they would be right beside the tires with the tire bags.
