Wish I had read the reviews before buying tires at Costco Barrie. I've been waiting 2 weeks for the tires to come in (they tell you 1 week), had an appointment booked to have Costco cancel it and tell me to rebook - oh but there are no appointments available for another week. So expect a 3 week wait from the time you order to install.
If I could give them less than 1 star, I would… HORRIBLE experience. Firstly, had to wait over a week for a tire change appointment — got there early, and it took them 2 hours for my car for a simple tire change. They ended up telling me they could only put 3 tires on because the last wheel had a nut that was “ceased” on (with no solution provided)… they told me to come back whenever I could get it off (I’m a woman, who is 8 months pregnant & needed my tires changed for safety as my old tires were worn out — couldn’t “wait” ... read more
Terrible service from start to finish! I got to the place 15mins before my appointment as instructed but the woman at the desk was taking a very long time with other customers (she was moving like a snail) then has the audacity to say to me "Just so you should be hear 15mins before your appointment." I told her I wanted the brand new black lug nuts on the tires and they would be right beside the tires with the tire bags. 2024/11/21 I had a terrible service at Costco-Barrie Tire Center. I had booked an appointment for a seasonal tire exchange and came 15 minutes before the appointment time. The woman at the desk asked the usual questions: Car, Tires, Rims, were the Tires bought at Costco, and so on. I paid the receipt and was advised to check in 1 hour or 1.5 hours if my service was completed.
