They never, ever, ever… ever answer the phone. Just writing a review so that they’ll hopefully start answering their phone.
I had a battery issue and had never been to the tire center before. I was stressed out as my battery was shutting off and I was not close to home or other options. Michael was very helpful and took care of me with patience and respect. I would definitely come back again.
Excellent customer service. Got all four tires replaced, and when I got it back there was a TPMS error. Manager Ian took complete responsibility after seeing the damaged sensor and replaced. Can’t commend his integrity more highly.
Michael is pretty much the person that should least be manning the service counter. Aside from having RBF which I can’t blame him for that, he constantly rolls his eyes while asking questions, customer service skills suck, might be knowledgeable about tires but not so much when it comes to communicating with members…ended up driving my happy self to Kapolei instead.
One thing I value most is honesty and that is exactly what I got from Randy. I had a few bad experiences with my Hyundai dealership lying to me and forgetting to do my wheel alignment that was paid for after a 2 month repair. When they replaced my one tire and suspension I asked if I needed new tires and they said no. On Monday I went in for oil change they told me I now needed new tires from only putting on a few hundred miles since the repair.
