Excellent service for a tire repair from start to finish. They found a nail in my tire that I didn't catch. I was able to book a same day appointment and even changed the time to later. My tires were purchased from Costco and the repair is free under warranty. Thanks Frankie and team!
In at 4pm, out at 6:30pm, was told that they will "notify me after the tire service is complete by calling or texting". Never happened despite waiting inside the store while they were doing servicing my tires... I also observed customers waiting an unnecessary amount of time just to get helped. Very unprofessional.
Service was fast and quick. I ordered my tires from them and they arrived faster than expected.
Costco desperately needs to hire more staff to handle the constant demand for tire services. Wait times are ridiculous.
They were very very busy. If you buy your tires online, you may have to wait for them to be shipped to your location and also to schedule installation for a time comfortable beyond the projected arrival. So bear that in mind. Definitely make an appointment to have your tires Installed on your vehicle otherwise expect to wait around for a long time.
