I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this location. I recently had my winter tires changed at the Sudbury Costco, and my experience was completely hassle-free. I purchased the tires online and had them shipped directly to the store, then booked an appointment for the installation. I arrived on time for my appointment, and they took my keys right away, letting me know it would take about 45 minutes. I always had a good experience buying tires and installation. I had only one bad experience. It happened when they were booking too much work. They installed my winter tires and did not clean the back of the rim. The tire almost came off and it was a front tire. Sad thing is I did go back for a retorque at the specified interval and the bolts still loosened. Regardless of this incident, it is still a good place to buy tires because they are booking appointments now not like before, first come first served approach. Tire tech... read more

Update on November 2024: Once again, I'm facing a serious timing issue. This time, I was only informed about a 2+ hour delay after I had already arrived here and left work. You are truly the worst! Why wasn’t I notified before I left work? Now what? Do I need to reschedule? What guarantee do I have that the next appointment won't be a problem? Our Costco tires are supposedly covered under warranty and should be replaced free of charge when damaged, one of the tires was punctured after less than 6 months and they didn't replace it for free like the warranty states. Costco charged for the tire replacement and lied, indicating they would replace the 2nd front tire as well but didn't. Costco indicated they would call when they're ready to install the 2nd tire but never did. Also, when I arrived for my appointment they had no record it had ever been booked.
