Wasn't thrilled by the Sales woman who sold me my membership. Very pushy.
Straight forward ordering process online, but booking the installation process is a bit outdated and weird. Ordering and booking to install are two seperate processes not integrated to make it an easier experience. Price: good very competitive.4/5 Service: 0/5, This is where Costco fails and I mean miserably fails. Overbooked, under staffed. Your 45 min appointment stretches to 3 hours. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. Better to service your tires at another Costco
For my first ever visit at this tire centre, I quickly learned that it has absolutely horrible service that I will have to consider other options when I get new winter tires later this year. First off, the front counter service. I dropped my car off at 14h48 (a little early) and the lady I had was very friendly and was quick and efficient to get my car in (which evidently lead me down the garden path).
