Have tried calling tire centre for two days. No one answers. Called an administrator in the store, they took information down and said they would hand deliver it…nothing. I don’t get it, how can a place of business not ever answer their phones?
• appointment 2:15, started 3:30, finished 5:00 p.m on a Sunday - Tire Change All season to brand new Winter tires purchased from Costco • Paul was kind and I asked how long it would take in the start and he said 2-3 hours. • This is a busy tire centre, the negative reviews are mainly for them not answering the phone or taking too long, however, this is justified and expected as it’s Costco. • ordered Tires online and they arrived quickly
Sounds like the same story. Made an appointment for 1:30 to install four new tires that I bought from Costco. Was told then it would be two hours. I was not happy at that news, but figured ok busy time of the year. Went back two hours later was told (with no apologies) that it would be another two hours!!! At the very least appointments should be given priority over walk ins and have a clue on the schedule so you can inform people of the time that should be expected to wait.
