It is impossible to get a price for tires from Costco Tire Centre. They say they will not give a price over the telephone, and it is impossible to get the price on the web site because you have to enter the store location, which says Newmarket or the Postal Code have no Tire Centres. When you try to call back again for assistance, they just hang up the phone. This is the same treatment as being there in person. Desk staff just generally ignore me. I will not be buying my set of winter tires from Costco.
Terrible experience and the store is just the same!! I hope that once the new location and the business centre are both open, it will reduce how many people are in each spot. It extremely busy and they don't do anything to help make it faster. Ie. more staff and training to be efficient. I avoided this location because of this
This place makes up excuses not to do the work and the guy the rude/aggressive Worst customer service. I drop my car off for a rotation because I have driven 18,000km in almost year since I baught these tires at Costco. While I'm shopping I get a call saying they measured my tires and said I don't need a rotation. I explained my scenario above and the guy was so rude and refused to rotate my tires. I had go be firm and he ended up hanging up on me. They ended up doing my tires but it took over two hours. This place is a joke
Don’t honour appointment times. I watched as my truck sat on the lift for an hour and nobody touched it. Not until I went inside to say I couldn’t wait any longer did they say my truck would be ready in 15 mins. 2 hours to remove one screw from a tire is crazy. The inefficiencies at this place is crazy. Manager needs to be trained
