I had an appointment at 5:15 to get my tires switched and I am still here at 8:28 waiting for my car. What is the point of an appointment if not to be serviced at your appointment time.

Yesterday, I went in to have my tires switched over after ordering a new set online. It was busy in the tire center and the phone was ringing nonstop. There was one young man at the counter and he handled everything smoothly and courteously. I was impressed then. Later in the afternoon when I went back to pick up, it was about 4 times as full of customers (with a line out the door) and the same young man all by himself still behind the counter. No service. Call and call. Put on hold. They never come back. My business goes elsewhere. ALL I WANTED WAS TIRE PRICES .

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COSTCO TIRE CENTER. The employees at the front desk were wonderful, but my experience with the Tire Center was completely unacceptable. I paid nearly $1,300 for new tires and specifically requested that my old tires—which were still usable and which I intended to keep—be bagged and placed inside my vehicle. Got a call that my tire had arrived and to schedule its installation. Then get a text saying the tire hasn’t arrived and my appointments cancelled. Try to call them on 3 separate days and never get ahold of them.
