Bought tries in October 2025. I have one tire that is leaking. I walked in to get warranty work done. They said that they can do it but I will be on stand by. That’s over 4 hours and counting so far for one tire to be repaired. Updated. After 4 hours and not being even looked at. I decided to get my keys and leave. Their customer service is nonexistent. Order tires and made an appointment. Waited forever to have them tell me they gave my tires away to someone else and offered a different, more expensive tire. This place is a joke.
I had an excellent experience working with Michael at the tire center. He truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The tire installation itself was solid and done with great attention to detail.
