Great guys who look out for you. I had a nail in my rear tire and thought I'd have to buy 2 tires to replace both rear ones. But they called me and let me know the other rear tire was still good to use, which saved me $300.
A few days back my tire was damaged and deflated. I booked an appointment for tire repair and the technician managed to get my car ready to go within half an hour. They also put the spare and tools back to where it used to be plus helped me to inflate my tire. Thank you for your excellent service with great value!
I am very disappointed with my experience at the Tire Centre at the East York Costco location (42 Overlea Blvd). I visited with a flat tire that was purchased from Costco and covered under warranty. The supervisor, Bill, asked whether I had an appointment, despite the fact that a flat tire is an unexpected emergency. We dropped the car off to get replacement tires purchased about a week before. We killed time by walking through the warehouse. Partway through our shopping spree, we got a call from the mechanic asking where the nut lock was. We rushed back and discovered that they searched pretty much everywhere - except under the passenger seat where, for some reason or other, I had previously "hidden" it. My bad! As we continued our walk, in about 15 minutes I got a "tires ready" text! What great service!
You can have a very good experience once you understand how they operate. We had a flat tire and got service the same day (unfortunately the tire is not in stock so it has to be ordered but that's because we have an old car). You can't use the online booking system for urgent flat repair because they are booked solid. There are two options for urgent service. Leave the car with them for a day or two.
