Had a warranty issue with a tire purchased from Costco in Helena, Montana. No one could make a decision on how to do the warranty replacement. After waiting for two hours to have them put my spare tire on as a temporary fix, I left and went to a “real” tire shop. The prices at Costco are good, until you have a problem. I will still shop Costco, just not for tires.
This is a great place if you want to get jerked around. We took our car in with an object in the tire. I had used Fix-a-Flat to get us there and drove it 100 miles with no issues, no leaks. I explained exactly what I did using the Fix-a-Flat. After they removed the tire from the car and popped the bead, they told me they can’t fix it because it’s against their policy to fix tires after using fix-a-flat. Bought tires With road hazard on the second day of owning the I had picked up a nail. They would not change the tire, I had to do it in the parking lot. So I brought it in and 10 days later I got it back and had to install it myself. Cost me 90$ Now today. My wife went in on a scheduled appointment for a rotation. 3 hours later she got her car back. Seriously we will never deal with Costco tire center again. They are so incompetent and the service sucks

My dad passed away this month and i was up from CA helping my mom settle things here in Helena. Woke up to his large Tacoma -my mode of transportation- having a flat tire. I called Costco not wanting to leave mom without spare. They worked me in on a SATURDAY to fix the flat and replace it under the truck as the spare. What a personable, hard working, and terrific bunch of guys in Costco's tire shop! Great credit to Costco...thanks again guys.
