I had a really excellent experience with Ben at the Costco Tire Center. I worked with him twice—first when making the appointment and having my car and tires inspected, and again during the actual service. Ben was extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient, and thorough. He took the time to explain what I needed to do with my tires, how to maintain them properly, and answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed. The staff was thourough and timely. They hand torque the lugs properly, and do the job right. Shop appears to run like a well oiled machine....rare to see these days!
Tire rotation. Happy with service provided but took 45 minutes longer than scheduled.
I got towed in because I ran over something on the highway and popped one of my tires these guys had a new set of four tires on in short order I never buy tires anywhere except from Costco.
Terrible place for tires. Placed an order and paid for a tire on 12/11/25. Said they would order it from supplier and should be in stock in a couple days. After 5 days I called and tire not available so they said they would order it again. 3 days later still no tire. Now 12/22/25. Still no tire. Had to go to store today to get refund in person and it took 30 minutes just to get out of the parking lot. ( no exaggeration ) Avoid this place not a real good place to go for tires.
