Always have a great experience. Have fixed several tires through the warranty program for me. Can get tires at Costco much cheaper than anywhere else. They are always super busy so you just have to plan ahead for that.
I purchased a set of Michelin tires for my truck and had them installed here. The women who installed them did a great job and I was surprised they use nitrogen in the tires. They offer free nitrogen fill ups to Costco members. I love my new tires!
Appointments don't matter. Maybe they're super understaffed or something but my tire rotation that I had an appointment for is still not finished an hour and a half later when I was told ~45 minutes.
Terrible service. Price quoted isn't price in store. Guy at the desk was busy on the phone for 15 minutes and not helping anyone. Took 3 hours to finish a rotation because they were busy. Go to Dobbs or sams. They have better selections and can get you in and out faster.
Amazing food and competitive prices. Terrible customer service.
