PSA: I brought my car in at ten AM. (Ballwin Mo) I did not have an appointment as the reason I brought the car in is due to a leak in the tire (waiting a few weeks just won’t work) I am sitting here waiting at 7:30 PM and they still have not taken the car in. I understand appointments need to come first, but if you can’t offer service timely you might as well not offer it. I will think long and hard before I buy tires at Costco again. Amazing! I was passing through town and got a flat, this was the only Costco that picked up the phone. Got me in and out in 45 minutes!
Good selection and friendly helpful folks
Always have a great experience. Have fixed several tires through the warranty program for me. Can get tires at Costco much cheaper than anywhere else. They are always super busy so you just have to plan ahead for that.
