I got towed in because I ran over something on the highway and popped one of my tires these guys had a new set of four tires on in short order I never buy tires anywhere except from Costco.
Terrible place for tires. Placed an order and paid for a tire on 12/11/25. Said they would order it from supplier and should be in stock in a couple days. After 5 days I called and tire not available so they said they would order it again. 3 days later still no tire. Now 12/22/25. Still no tire. Had to go to store today to get refund in person and it took 30 minutes just to get out of the parking lot. ( no exaggeration ) Avoid this place not a real good place to go for tires.
I made an appointment for a tire repair. I showed at my scheduled time. They said it would take 45 min to an hour. After 1 hour and 15 minutes they hadn’t started. They offered no apology for the inconvenience. I left without it being fixed. Why schedule appointments if they don’t honor them? Never going back. Not worth the lack of customer service.
Ken was awesome. Polite and professional. The appointment I made took 3 hours for a 30 min job. Then getting a tire replaced without an appointment took every bit of 5 hours, I was told 2 to 3. The second giy was rude and said it would be done before they closed. I'll pay more someplace else next time.
PSA: I brought my car in at ten AM. (Ballwin Mo) I did not have an appointment as the reason I brought the car in is due to a leak in the tire (waiting a few weeks just won’t work) I am sitting here waiting at 7:30 PM and they still have not taken the car in. I understand appointments need to come first, but if you can’t offer service timely you might as well not offer it. I will think long and hard before I buy tires at Costco again.
