I have beencoming here for years for tires and questions. People are always very kind and attentive.
Absolutely worse service ever, picked up my car for tire change and found damages to 2 of the wheels. asian dude came to me and said is impossible their fault. Speechless. All my rims are perfect before i get there.
Walked in without an appointment on a Friday evening and received excellent service! Kurtis told me about the various tire options I could get and explained each one in depth. The crew replaced my tires in 30 minutes and I was back on the road. Really friendly staff. Great experience. Tires were also cheaper than those of America's Tire.
5 stars for Tim and the amazing customer service. Brought my car in because my wheel was flat 30 min before closing. Tim helped check out my car and helped me think through options unfortunately the wheel I needed could only be delivered the next day. Even though the system was down he didn’t tell me “sorry can’t help” and helped me get the wheel ordered for the next day. Once I came back got my wheel changed in under an hour. Would come back anytime for a tire replacement.
After getting the tire patched, I went into the store the next day because the light was still on. The representative told me all four TPMS sensors were dead. The light stayed on, and they had pumped the PSI slightly above standard. Malcolm, the supervisor, dismissed my concerns, asking repeatedly about my car’s age—a 2018 Prius—and just said they were dead.
