Went in for a small tire puncture and also got a rotation/balance. I waited for a good hour which is fine. When returning my car they claimed the tire was fine but turns out they checked the wrong tire. I told them numerous times before what tire was punctured so I don’t know how they goofed that. They took over an hour and a half to patch the small leak in the right tire.

Today, I went in for a scheduled tire installation appointment at Costco. The plan was simple: I pre-ordered the tires online and booked today’s appointment.
