I came in for a new car battery on December 1st. It wasn't in stock, I was told they need to order it and I could pick it up on the 16th. Came back in on the 16th, was then told that the battery was never even ordered, they would order it and have it in another week and a half. Today, the 28th, again Costo auto does not have my battery. Meanwhile I've been jump-starting my car for a month, waiting on a battery that was never ordered. I brought my car in a few weeks ago for new tires, that I didn’t end up needing after the automotive center looked further into the problem I was having. I mostly worked with Jacob, who was so kind and authentic. He didn’t belittle me for my lack of knowledge or make me feel shamed for my situation. Amazing customer service! I ended up giving everyone a good laugh when they pulled a slab of fix a flat out of my tire and I left with not only my problem fixed, but I only had to spend $36 when I anticipated spending $900. Great prices for name brand tires. Think ahead and look out for coupons. Great service. They use nitrogen which does, in fact, keep your tires fuller, longer (ask me how I know). If your cars tires are low, pull in and have them serviced for free.
