This is worst place in the world to buy tires. You make an appointment, you're there on time. And then some fool shows up late and they take his appointment before yours. So now you get screwed because the tire shop puts you behind the other guy. The appointment means nothing. All it means is a best guest for a maybe you'll get in and out before the day is over.
