Everyone is helpful and friendly. Every department I have shopped in, including the bakery, have gone above and beyond expectations. I have never had an issue with the people. If there was ever anything wrong with a product, which is very rare, the staff was helpful with the return. This place is literally one of my favorite places to shop for everything I possibly can. Keep up the great work!
We were very pleased with the help they provided us in helping us with my daughter's missing phone. My daughter list her phone someone turned it in I'm not sure if an employee found it it a customer. After being a Sam's Club member for many years, I decided to give Costco a chance. What I like best is the speedy checkout. What I definitely dislike is that they don't identify the types of items on the aisles. I HATE WALKING AISLES SEARCHING FOR A SPECIFIC ITEM; therefore, I only go to the Pharmacy, wine, paper products, deli and produce areas. Sort of the same reason I don't shop at malls. Where do I begiin? The New Orleans Costco location carried Coke Zero since it opened. One month ago it stopped. Instead, Caffeine Free Diet Coke has taken its place. Coke Zero has failed to return to the shelves. Now I have to haul my butt to Sam's (15-20minutes away) to get Coke Zero. Please tell me why you stopped carrying my favorite drink. A drink that has been on your shelves for years.
I've been a Costco member for basically 30 years. They always have what I want, not necessarily what I think I need. Staff is great and I trust Costco is giving me a good price on everything.
I love you, it was so good. The hot dog and whiskey were my favorite parts.
The staff is consistently outstanding - upbeat, helpful, professional and friendly. Outside of one bad experience in the tire shop, every interaction has been a joy. The variety of products offered is strong. They turn over stock with enough regularity to keep me coming in to check out what's new, but not so fast that I can't grab something I want before it's gone.
