I purchased a washing machine and a dryer in April. the washer has malfunctioned. I've been trying to reach costco concierge for 6 days to no avail. Thwir phone wait times are an hour or more, and they just are not responding. so I am a very angry Costco executive member and plan to let as many people as possible know about this situation. their pharmacy sucks. ladies there get easily frustrated and annoyed. like i don’t wanna be here either getting medication, so the extra attitude is very frustrating. also, their timing is super inaccurate. i called in a prescription and she went on and on how it can’t be filled right now because people in the store still have an hour wait time. so i might be able to get them the next morning. and literally 5 min go by and i get a text saying my prescriptions have been filled. which i’m grateful for, and that just goes to sh... read more

Really poor service at eye glass counter No signage to show where line starts NO chairs - waited 32 minutes in line Even had to stand while trying on new glasses Three employees , but only helping one customer at a time Won’t be returning
