It would have been nice to know you had no intention of putting these tires on my car before I paid over $800 for them. Now I get to pay extra to have someone else put them on. There is no reason to have a Costco membership anymore. Their prices aren't better and, every time they screw you over, you get to stand in their customer service line for an hour to have someone else fix it. It's likely structured this way so that people who get screwed over won't want to wait. It's a good business model for those who can't pull off ... read more

Prices are same as Discount Tire, even with their occasional sale. Not bad, but not earth shattering. Service is good if you can get it. The reason for only 2 stars is that they advertise they do flat repair. While technically true, they never have time for it, even when I arrived before they opened. Sorry, I'm not going to schedule a flat repair.

Zach at the Tire Service Center did a fantastic job for me. It was a walk-in appointment, but it was handled promptly. Zach corrected diagnosed the issue, and suggested a sensible and appropriate repair (a different shop elsewhere had recommended a repair that was more expensive, and somewhat dubious). Of course prices for tires and parts at Costco are usually excellent. My car was quickly fixed and I went on with life. If only every trip to a car mechanic could be this good. Two thumbs up.
