Extremely slow and unhelpful and parking is awful
This place is a scam. I had an appointment for a nitrogen conversion on my tires. I was told it would take about an hour and a half, which I felt was a long time just to change the gas in the tires. I came back after an hour and a half, and they never touched any of my tires. They said I had a small hole in the rear left tire and told me I needed a whole set of new tires, even though I didn't, and I just bought new front tires a few weeks ago. Nobody answer the phone. Have to go to store to find out if tires ordered came in. Why can't they answer phone calls???? For battery warranty, I have a 24F battery labeled 700CCA, they used a tester that rates it at 600CCA and can't adjust to test at 700CCA. Test results shows battery at 500CCA and passed the test. Of course it passed as they can't set the tester at 700CCA to match the label on the damn battery. Complained to Manager and all he said was sorry that's the way the tester is provided to them.
