Walked in to utilize the road hazard warranty you pay for when you buy costco tires...had a nail stuck in my tire. There was 3 people ahead of me and a bunch of people in a separate line to pickup their cars. 1 guy named George was there to handle the desk. About 15 minutes in waiting and then the 2nd person in line walks off in frustration...like she was totally frustrated and sick of waiting...so she must've been waiting there a lot longer. These workers just walk around talking to each other ignoring anyone in line. Older guy behind the register was useless too and ignored the line then he’d start off calling the next guest by trying to argue with others. Weird power trip all while being wrong.
