Very slow, inefficient, and don’t care. They need a good manager to manage them well. Otherwise those workers are just moving inefficiently. Seemingly busy but no jobs get done.
Needed 4 tires changes on a road trip and Phong was a lifesaver! He took the time to go through his inventory and helped us find durable tires with a great promotion. Everything was finished in about an hour. Super friendly, helpful, and efficient. Really appreciate you, Phong! Highly recommend!
Very slow, inefficient, and don’t care
Made an appointment to have my tire pressure sensor replaced on my GMC 1500. If you get there more than 15 min before your appt, don’t stand in the line for Appointments. You must stand in the other line. I learned the hard way. Call ahead to make sure they have in stock. Cost is about $65 ea installed. This way cheaper than the dealer. Their tool can also learn the OEM sensors too. They said it would take 1-1/2 hr because of how busy they were and they were spot on.
