Recently I visited LA from far away, and a screw punctured my rear tire. I dropped in this Costco tire center to replace the punctured one with a new one for a same day service. After the service, I left LA the next day. Half way home, tire warning sign lighted up, and I found they did install a new tire, but the punctured tire was switched to a front wheel. This particular shop is very unprofessional. LA stinks because of this.
0 customer service, 0 instruction, 0 respect, 0 communication and 0 management skills. I placed order online for changing 3 tires for my Model Y. I booked tire installation service one week ahead. I got confirmation that the 3 tires are ready for pick up at the tire center. When I came in, there are 2 lines. Left side is for customers who made an appointment. The right line is for walk in. Took my old car battery to get a replacement. Stood in line for 1 hour. Really??? To exchange a car battery? And this was on a Monday. Workers seem like they don't care, they are there just to get a pay check. They move in slow motion. Costco, do something about your system!!! It's not working!!! All the attention is given to customers that are picking up their car or dropping it off. Please make a self check out kiosk for the car battery.
