Took my old car battery to get a replacement. Stood in line for 1 hour. Really??? To exchange a car battery? And this was on a Monday. Workers seem like they don't care, they are there just to get a pay check. They move in slow motion. Costco, do something about your system!!! It's not working!!! All the attention is given to customers that are picking up their car or dropping it off. Please make a self check out kiosk for the car battery. Boo !!! Poor service!! I Just noticed that my spare tire, which I requested to be used when the one new tire I purchased be installed, was not used in the rotation!! It was a never before driven tire that I wanted to use and have the oldest tire used for a spare. This was done about 3 weeks ago and I didn't keep the receipt. I doubt there's anything I can do about it now, except this true post. BE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR TIRES BEFORE YOU LEAVE; APPARENTLY WHAT YOU REQUEST AT COSTCO TIRE CENTER WON'T BE DONE!!!
