I changed 7 sets of Tires over 10 years on different cars. Every time I visited this Alhambra Costco tire center, my alloy wheels got damaged (most likely intentionally). The tires are low quality for premium prices. Tires started cracking after one year. Tire balancing is way off (every time). Make more noise from off-balanced wheels on the freeway and the street. The NEW BATTERY also out of service every 3 years. The other Costco branches treat me way better than this Alhambra Costco tire Center.
It took them 2 hours and half a gallon of my gas to figure out they couldn't fix a nail stuck in my tire. And I have to wait days for a replacement and pay extra even under warranty. I should have gone to the tire shop in my neighborhood and gotten it fixed for $20 as usual. 🥲
This place is a joke. They made me wait 4 hours in line just to ask a simple question about tires in their non-appointments line.
Very slow, inefficient, and don’t care. They need a good manager to manage them well. Otherwise those workers are just moving inefficiently. Seemingly busy but no jobs get done.
Needed 4 tires changes on a road trip and Phong was a lifesaver! He took the time to go through his inventory and helped us find durable tires with a great promotion. Everything was finished in about an hour. Super friendly, helpful, and efficient. Really appreciate you, Phong! Highly recommend!
