Boo !!! Poor service!! I Just noticed that my spare tire, which I requested to be used when the one new tire I purchased be installed, was not used in the rotation!! It was a never before driven tire that I wanted to use and have the oldest tire used for a spare. This was done about 3 weeks ago and I didn't keep the receipt. I doubt there's anything I can do about it now, except this true post. BE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR TIRES BEFORE YOU LEAVE; APPARENTLY WHAT YOU REQUEST AT COSTCO TIRE CENTER WON'T BE DONE!!!

First time getting tires at Costco and I am happy I did. First off the customer service was great. Tony was very helpful and accommodating. My appointment was at 10 am but I arrived 1 hour early and Tony took care of me right away. The tire installation only took 45 mins. My car drives a lot smoother. I recommend Costco tire center Alhambra.
