Absolute nightmare.
The second slowest place to do tires, second only to Costco on Lawrence expressway. The slower tire installers in the world!
Got a full set of ps4s tires, one was mounted backwards. After fixing it they said there should not be a significant difference in how they were worn. After that exact tire started showing nylon threads before the tread was gone. Denied warranty and said it was an obvious case of alignment wear (alignment was done same week the tires were installed). If you're gonna spend 1k+ on a set of tires save yourself the worry and don't do it here.
Doesn't deserve one star. I bought a Bridgestone tire from here ~$1000. The tire has an issue, and after waiting more than 30 minutes on the call, the guy just told me I have to call some other Costco tire center because 'we don't have space for appointments now or in the future.' This is terrible! It makes sense why there are so many one-star reviews!"
