Extremely rude people, understaffed. Costco should do a better job at the customer service. They made me wait in long line to just collected my key.
Nightmare tire place. They damaged my aluminum wheel while replacing tires. Workers here are extremely clumsy. Wheels are vibrating after tire installation, and their wheel balance is really bad.
Their customer service is ALWAYS terrible and they don’t care to communicate anything with you. Says they will call when done, never calls. I have to reach out. They genuinely don’t seem to even give a shit.
I never got my tires changed here but I had to come and give these employees (Especially Eric, i think was his name) 5 stars for helping me in a moment of need when they really didnt have to! Long story: A few weeks ago i went to costco to pick up a cake and some other catering orders before heading over to a park for a birthday celebration. 2026: Eric and his team did a good job of special ordering my low profile tires, and quickly installing them. Great pricing, explanations, testing and expectations setting. When I was in line for a same day of installation appointment, there were ten of us in line with the same challenge-a nail or screw in a tire! 2025:Helpful and kind team. Eric took the time to explain the air pressure and air pump tech, without making me feel uneducated. Keep up the good work!
