Just plain bad customer service. I didn’t receive any actual services from this location. I called twice to ask if they had a tire in stock or anything in the size I needed, and both times the woman who answered was rude. When I told her she was speaking to me like I was a being a pain, she said “yes.” I couldn’t believe it and hung up to avoid escalating things. Brought my car in on a Wednesday expected it to get worked on the next because thats usually how it goes, called friday because i never got an update they said they didnt even know about the appointment, waited another day then I had to call them again, no reply. My dad went in person because he was already there told him I had to get a new tire which they then ordered THAT DAY, monday comes tells us we have to pay in person to install it. Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance which was the earliest I could get in for tire rotation. I arrived on time. After 1 1/2 hours, the staff calls me saying they won’t start working on my vehicle for another 30 minutes and did I still want to wait? Given they close in 45 minutes? Like I have a choice, wait another month or something??. Staff sucked for trying to get rid me like that.

Go to discount tires instead. They don’t hold appointments, make shady lies about car safety needs to encourage you to upgrade to more expensive tires, and install those tires incorrectly. Currently waiting in the cold for our appointment 2 hours ago.
