Brutal. 1. Took two weeks to get my truck in for tire rotation and balance. 2. Had an appointment, arrived, said it would take 2 hours for such work… kidding me? 3. After balance and rotation my truck shook violently on highway. 4. Took to discount tire to rebalance. They stated that Costco tire either didn’t balance or did a terrible job. 5. If I would have the choice for cero stars, I would select it. The service in this place is terrible, although some technicians are kind. After waiting 1 1/2 hours for a flat tire repair that I had scheduled, they told me that they run out of plugs, so someone from Costco superior needed to bring those plugs. I waited for another hour to get my tire repaired. After they finished the tire and returned my car, I drove back home, but the tire-flat-sensor never went away. I’d go anywhere else! Very unhelpful and time wasting. Someone please tell Neil to ALWAYS go LOOK at tire before saying no and turning someone, especially an employee away! Can’t tell anything from behind a counter!!!
They can't fix a tire the same day, they prefer you go home let it go flat and come back another day. So much for the road Hazzard warranty. It's useless if they can't do the repairs when you need it. I won't be buying Costco tires again.
