Costco is usually on point with everything until now. First and last time I'm coming to this tire center for anything. Made an appointment for a simple tire repair and it took 1.5 HOURS just to tell me they couldn't patch my tire. Another 30 min to mount my spare. A little over 2 hours for nothing.
3 hours to install 2 tires with an appointment
I had my tire repaired at this place and they forgot to put air in it. So I went back 2 days later drove up to the garage and told them they forgot to put air in and he hands me the air pump and tells me to put it in. What a low life
Worst service ever. Had an appointment to repair a tire and rotation and waited close to 3 hours. I don’t think I’ll be returning.
First and last time I will be using this tire center. Ordered my tires and scheduled service. Show up for scheduled service and find the place very understaffed. First appointment of the day and I still had to wait 3+ hours to have a simple tire installation. Tires are cheaper sure but I would rather pay and get faster service.
