I had my tire repaired at this place and they forgot to put air in it. So I went back 2 days later drove up to the garage and told them they forgot to put air in and he hands me the air pump and tells me to put it in. What a low life
Worst service ever. Had an appointment to repair a tire and rotation and waited close to 3 hours. I don’t think I’ll be returning.
First and last time I will be using this tire center. Ordered my tires and scheduled service. Show up for scheduled service and find the place very understaffed. First appointment of the day and I still had to wait 3+ hours to have a simple tire installation. Tires are cheaper sure but I would rather pay and get faster service. Terrible service. I got 4 brand new Bridgestone tires and they crossed threaded all 4 of my wheels. They did not take any responsibility and offered me a $150 gift card. For 1 of my wheels it cost 250 to fix the studs. They claimed that I work on my car and I took it else where to get my tires rotated when they offer free tire rotations with new set of tires.
