3 hour wait for tires. I watched as the service tech that started my truck left for the day and they ignored my truck for an hour - then another tech got on it and walked away from the truck multiple times. I don't understand why you would need to walk away from the truck, walk into the front office for so many times when the tires and machinery are in each bay - no excuses. I have wasted many hours coming to appointments here that they cannot honor because they haven’t hired enough workers for all of the appointments they make. Winter tires for my vehicle show as available but always out of stock when I try to buy online or in person. My TMPS sensors aren’t working after a seasonal changeover, and they haven’t been able to resolve the issue after 3x visits. We are going somewhere else.
Great service! I had a screw in my tire. I was in and out in 45 minutes. I bought my tires at Costco, so the repair was free.
Horrific experience. Guy tells me to do a walk in when I came in with a screw in my tire. After a 2.5 hour wait (1 hour longer than promised), they call and let me know my car is next. Another 45 minutes goes by so I check in and my car hadn't moved and the same guy at the front didn't even remember me or what car I had. Proceeded to tell me that it's because I'm a walk in and they've scheduled appts ahead of me even though those customers arrived after me. Insanely stupid system and incompetent staff. Never again.
Over a 2 hour wait with no communication. Had to walk up to the counter twice for an update. Tech said something about another truck in the bay giving them trouble which is coincidentally what another reviewer said they were told. Discount tire is cheaper and quicker. Definitely read the one star reviews can confirm those are valid!
