By far the worst Costco tire center I’ve been to. I was treated very rudely. I had an appointment to rotate my tires at 3:15pm and didn’t leave until 5:00pm.
Can never manage to run 'on time' but always manage to be running behind. You can get there when they open and the front desk tech will still stay they're running behind. It should not take hours to simply put on 4 tires. Don't go here.
This is a mixed bag and probably has a management and culture problem, that has drifted away from the members first values that Costco is famous for. Prices are still excellent, but service needs work. I scheduled and appointment, showed up, and they said I didn’t have one. Bad product in tires they don't serve me last year I bought the tires there they didn't serve me bad product I don't recommend them
Last night I was driving in the snow at the end of the day with both my kids in the car when I got a flat tire. No tire shops were open, I was able to pull up to the costco tire shop, and asked a very nice young man if he could check my tire, and sure enough I had a huge staple on my tire. It was an hour before closing and they were booked up and really busy. He said they could probably just help me put the spare on since it was late.
