Multiple errors made by technicians. Bad customer service to resolve issues. Purchased snow tires and had them put on our van. The technicians didn't put all 4 tires back into the van; we drove off and discovered later. Their response, "there wasn't room in the trunk, so we left it out". Didn't tell us that on pick up. Then we got the snow tires removed and summer tires put on. All value stems were installed incorrectly leading to more service. Was scheduled at 2:30. I got there and checked in at 2pm and then got a food court hotdog and did some shopping. I sat down and was ready to wait up to two hours because of the other reviews, but they had my done at 3pm. Only 30 mins after my appointment and 1 hr since I arrived. I suspect people only leave reviews when they aren't happy, but wanted to offset the reviews because my experience was seamless.
I’m very disappointed with the service at the Costco Tire Center at River Point. I had an appointment at 7:00 p.m. to have a flat tire repaired. I arrived on time for my appointment and did not leave until 8:45 p.m. — almost two hours for a tire repair. One of the main reasons I purchased all four of my tires from Costco was because of the tire services included with the purchase. Taylor was super helpful in telling me what i needed for my tires and giving me options without trying to push me one way or another. In and out in an hour!
Luis did a great job helping me quickly replace a battery for my truck. He went the extra mile with service and I felt he cared about my experience. I'll be coming here for all batteries for all the autos in the future! Kudos to Luis!
