Good service, but you have to schedule a month in advance.
I was extremely worried about my experience here based on the reviews, but it was honestly five star service. I dropped my car off right at the appointment time, they told me it would be between 1-1.5hrs, it took about 1hr 20m. The two gentlemen that I dealt with were pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. The tires were also $200 cheaper than other retailers.
Geoff really took care of our car! We had a 6:15 appointment for a tire replacement. The wait was pretty long, about 2 hours total for our service. But the service was really great.
By far the worst Costco tire center I’ve been to. I was treated very rudely. I had an appointment to rotate my tires at 3:15pm and didn’t leave until 5:00pm.
