I hit something in Santa Fe as did seven other people who blew out their tires and drove into this unfortunate location of Costco where no one could be less helpful than the entire people can't even use a jack didn't seem too concerned and really just weren't even very compassionate towards the situation or give a crap it seemed like so big thumbs down these guys guess it's all business here
Overbooked, long wait time. Extremely sassy employees that looked at me like I was an idiot for asking for the torque check they TOLD me to ask an employee for. If you guys can’t have an ounce of customer service, You should probably find a different job.
The manager of this tire center should be put to pasture. For years, they have constantly overbooked their appointments and it takes 2-3 hours past the scheduled time. Every. Single. Time. It’s so bad I will probably not buy tires from Costco anymore. No point in the “free services” if you have to wait for half a damn day
Been going to this location for years now and have only had positive experiences. Guess a lot of the negative reviews lack a little patience, but it’s always been friendly and fast-enough of service in my opinion!
2.5 hours for a scheduled rotation! No communication when dropping off regarding the major delays. Discount tire has never taken more than 20 minutes with an appointment.
