BEWARE - This Costco is there for the sale, not the repair. As a past crew chief for a Discount Tire, I took my tire in for a flat repair and was denied without reason. I was told the tire needs to be replaced, which is false. Their deceptive practices should put any prospective repair into question. Took my car to Evans Tire and got it repaired without charge and no push back. I hate writing bad reviews, but as a tire expert, I cannot recommend Costco for repair service.
Over 3 hours to install a set of tires with a scheduled appointment. First time buying tires from Costco, this is the longest I’ve ever waited anywhere.
Over 2 hours before closing and they could not do a simple rotation and balance because "not enough time".
