The free air station is always off in the morning when I fill up gas around 7:30. The attendant calls it in but no one ever comes out to turn it on. At least post a sign saying when it will be on.
After scheduling appointment again and waiting for extended time with no one helping. Tire rotation again appointment does not work again. To improve your service. After an hour and a half my car was still sitting in the parking lot. :(. I think I've always expected more from Costco.
It really all comes down to the people you deal with. The Tire team at Costco Temecula are all professionals. Whether it’s a sale of 4 new tires or something as simple as a free rotation. Everything is handled professionally. Membership is respected and honored.
