Ordered tires through Costco online for my 2023 Lucid Air. No problem ordering although delivery took two weeks. Once they arrived, scheduled the install online. Showed up at my designated time slot only to be told at that point that they cannot install tires on a Lucid due to some issue with their lift compatibility. First time attempt to purchase set of tires from Costco. Reviewed & ordered online to be delivered to Costco-Dallas on Churchill. Installation appointment tool automatically scheduled me 10 days out. Within 3 days, notified tires arrived and prompted to set earlier appt which I did. Arrived 12:30 for my 12:45 appointment. I've noticed it takes about 5-10 minutes standing at counter before someone acknowledges you which was my experience at 5 minutes.
