Ordered tires through Costco online for my 2023 Lucid Air. No problem ordering although delivery took two weeks. Once they arrived, scheduled the install online. Showed up at my designated time slot only to be told at that point that they cannot install tires on a Lucid due to some issue with their lift compatibility. First time attempt to purchase set of tires from Costco. Reviewed & ordered online to be delivered to Costco-Dallas on Churchill. Installation appointment tool automatically scheduled me 10 days out. Within 3 days, notified tires arrived and prompted to set earlier appt which I did. Arrived 12:30 for my 12:45 appointment. Worst experience at a tire shop in my life. 12:00 appointment, got there at 11:30, they immediately brought in my truck to the bay. Took them two hours to change one tire. Once I said something for the 2nd or 3rd time they finally took another half hour to finish putting the tires on. When I got my vehicle back which had just been washed all of my rims were covered in grease and scaped up. They also lost one of my tire valve caps (aftermarket) and replaced them with the cheap plastic ones…
