Not worth the savings if there are any. In the last 5 months, I’ve had a few experiences (first time) buying winter tires and AWD tires for 2 different cars. One of my tires had a puncture and a tire would be replaced by Costco for free but they couldn’t get a replacement tire. Communication is lacking. It’s like pulling teeth and they refund $$ but I only have 3 tires only. Always such a long wait to be seen, to pick up keys, even after getting a text that my cars are ready. Super quick drop off and pickup - tires came very quickly. Employees were professional and kind. Tires were a great price.
1 hour and 45 minutes after our appointment for putting on new tires they finally got around to it. They called asking for the key to unlock the lug nut. I understand that they couldn't find it in the truck and I didn't know where to tell them since I had never used it. They said they would pull it out of the bay since they couldn't put on the news tires but that took another half hour. No apology. The lack of respect for my time was a real disappointment. I know Costco is a good deal for tires but the service is horrible.
