My first appt they said they were 3 hours behind schedule. Ok, whatever. It happens. Rescheduled. I just checked in for my 2nd appt and they said they are 1.5 hours behind. Meanwhile my tires are held hostage, I can't take them elsewhere
Even with an appointment it took over 3 hours for them to START replacing tires. Same experience twice. There's also nowhere to really hang out while you wait besides the food court.
Excellent experience all around. Great service, friendly staff. Will definitely be back for my next set.
So slow and lost my key .
