The staff here are extremely responsible and professional. They not only provide excellent service but also take the time to give helpful recommendations tailored to my situation. I had ordered my tires online from Costco, but since I don't know much about tires, I didn't realize the ones I chose weren't suitable for Minnesota's harsh winter weather. On Saturday (9/13) I noticed that I had a screw in my tire after my tire pressure warning light came on while driving to work. I pulled into the tire center to ask whether they could fix it or not. I found every single person working there to be so pleasant & respectful. I was worried because they looked very busy. I got a flat on Thursday and brought my car in. The salesman who helped me didn't seem to have any idea what he was doing. I said I needed 1 tire (due to it being flat) but wanted to replace all 4, as long as the price was reasonable and they could get me into an all season that would work well in the winter. He told me I *had* to replace all 4 and didn't have a choice and that there was only 1 tire I could use for my car and that it wasn't a good tire for winter driving. The worst place I have ever go to get batteries. I was waiting on the line for 2 hours just for them to tell me they don’t have batteries am looking for.
