2hrs and still waiting for a simple tire rotation. Had an appointment and everything. Edit: ended up being 3hrs.
Not worth the small cost savings. Two of the 4 new tires losing pressure immediately. One of which was down to 10 psi within 2 hours, making the car unusable. Called the next morning at open to address problems and they wanted me to wait until the end of the day. First appointment ran an hour past estimate, second appointment, another extra half hour. They also scuffed up my wheels during install. Trying to save $50 ended up costing me 6 extra hours of my time and damage the finish on my wheels.

Not worth the savings if there are any. In the last 5 months, I’ve had a few experiences (first time) buying winter tires and AWD tires for 2 different cars. One of my tires had a puncture and a tire would be replaced by Costco for free but they couldn’t get a replacement tire. Communication is lacking. It’s like pulling teeth and they refund $$ but I only have 3 tires only. Always such a long wait to be seen, to pick up keys, even after getting a text that my cars are ready.
