Customer service was top notch. I went in for a battery during busy hours and Daveon G. was the sales person. He was knowledgeable and seemed genuinely happy to help. I know little about cars or batteries and this gentleman made it completely stress free.
We stopped by the Costco Tire Center late in the evening because our tire pressure light came on during our drive home, and we still had about 40–45 minutes left to drive. Even though we didn’t have an appointment and it was close to closing time, the staff still took the time to help us. Michael assisted us and was incredibly professional, patient, and attentive. My car had a slow air leak in one of the tires where I could not identify a cause. I was able to schedule an appointment with the Costco tire service very quickly and easily the next day. They ended up finding a small nail that they removed and patched up for a grand total of $11 plus tax. Incredible service and price, and would definitely come back again for any tire issues or replacements in the future.
Costco has earned me as a tire customer for life. I came in planning to buy 4 new tires and they educated me on why the tires were not the issue & helped me understand all I needed was some maintenance because my tires were otherwise in great shape. They did a thorough inspection and took care of some maintenance to address my leaking issues. I paid them $40 instead of buying 4 new tires.
