I love Costco and shop there frequently but I'm not sure I'll get tires here ever again. I bought a set of tires for my car that came with an 80k mile warranty, and after 20k miles the front tires are almost completely bald and they refuse to honor the warranty. Costco accepts old mattresses for return but won't honor a tire warranty? Very very disappointed.
I used to have great service, but now I’m not so sure.
I swear I had a tekton torque wrench go missing out of my vehicle (that does not come with a spare, so I carried a borrowed spare and a torque wrench in an improvised kit for that vehicle) for road trips a few years ago after bringing it around here but Caleb (?) #* (supv. ) saved my a$$ more recently with the store's jump pack and a personally owned truck (it needed both) sacrificing his break for the customer so I could get back, before dark, and still get some work done! They are really bad. I have been a Costco member since 1998, so figured would give tire center a chance. Tire rotations take a minimum of 1 hour and often 1.5 hours. Constantly trying to sell lug nuts. Will not use again.
