My car had a slow air leak in one of the tires where I could not identify a cause. I was able to schedule an appointment with the Costco tire service very quickly and easily the next day. They ended up finding a small nail that they removed and patched up for a grand total of $11 plus tax. Incredible service and price, and would definitely come back again for any tire issues or replacements in the future.
Costco has earned me as a tire customer for life. I came in planning to buy 4 new tires and they educated me on why the tires were not the issue & helped me understand all I needed was some maintenance because my tires were otherwise in great shape. They did a thorough inspection and took care of some maintenance to address my leaking issues. I paid them $40 instead of buying 4 new tires. Came to get my tires rotated and again I received exemplary customer service. Great staff, especially Nicki and Mike.
Here is my personal experience at the Madison Heights Costco tire center. Driving there to just do my normal shopping I hit a pothole not knowing that my tire was now gone, I complete my shopping and come to a flat tire luckily I'm right next to the tire center I go inside speak to the rep she lets me know that they are very busy but we'll look into see if we could get me in sometime later.
