Here is my personal experience at the Madison Heights Costco tire center. Driving there to just do my normal shopping I hit a pothole not knowing that my tire was now gone, I complete my shopping and come to a flat tire luckily I'm right next to the tire center I go inside speak to the rep she lets me know that they are very busy but we'll look into see if we could get me in sometime later. Made an appointment a week in advance to replace tire pressure sensors, was told they had the parts in stock. Drove 30 minutes all the way to my appointment to be told "oh sorry its our busy season we dont have any sensors in stock". Could have at least called me this morning to reschedule my appointment or let me know. Not professional

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish I can give negative stars. I’ve been dealing with Costco for over 10 years and this tire center is the worst. Costco is usually known for their good customer service and this tire center is a direct contradiction for what Costco stands for. They rang up the price of my tires wrong 3 times and after debating with them for over 3 hours and 3 visits, they still ended up over charging. No one at this location knows how to do their job and definitely need some basic training.
