HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I wish I can give negative stars. I’ve been dealing with Costco for over 10 years and this tire center is the worst. Costco is usually known for their good customer service and this tire center is a direct contradiction for what Costco stands for. They rang up the price of my tires wrong 3 times and after debating with them for over 3 hours and 3 visits, they still ended up over charging. No one at this location knows how to do their job and definitely need some basic training.
Worst customer service ever. I have gone twice at this point to get balancing done because it wasn't done right at the installation to begin with and had to leave each time due to the wait. They keep blaming it on staffing issues. DON'T book the appointment if you have staffing issues!! So unprofessional.
I love Costco and shop there frequently but I'm not sure I'll get tires here ever again. I bought a set of tires for my car that came with an 80k mile warranty, and after 20k miles the front tires are almost completely bald and they refuse to honor the warranty. Costco accepts old mattresses for return but won't honor a tire warranty? Very very disappointed.
