It seems to me that the Costco tire center needs additional help in labor and also a refresh class on customer service. I am sure the attitude of the work place depends highly on the environment & amount of stress the workers are in. It is definitely reflecting outward to customers for sure. Please revisit the operations as it is urgently needed. I am sure I am not the only customer that can see this.
