Guy on the phone just now insisted that the only way to buy tires was to come in person. Called the one on White Rock and they took my order. Train these guys a little better. Smh
Did great job repairing tire with pucture.
I had a flat spot in recent tires I installed in Folsom Costco. Their customer service was awful, with long wait, nobody ever cared, and they kept saying that was because of car part issues. I checked with the service shop for Mercedes Benz, They couldn't find any issues in my car. When I was back at Costco, their rep said, the tire is like the electrical with no warranties.
