How are you gonna leave me on hold for more than 5 minutes just to hang up on me and then when I call back I get hung up on without even reaching anybody? Please, waste my time today.. why not.. 🤷
Appt made, arrived on time and told they were backed up and it'd be a two hour delay. I then inquired which day and time would they recommend so that I could get an appointment that would be honored. No idea as all days and times are backed up. Wish I'd known as I'd just driven an HOUR for the appointment 😠. Wouldn't recommend. **UPDATE** Tire tech put incorrect weights on the tires causing all for wheels to make a 'thwap' sound while driving. Inompatent tire center doesn't deserve to wear the Costco logo.

Guy on the phone just now insisted that the only way to buy tires was to come in person. Called the one on White Rock and they took my order. Train these guys a little better. Smh
