Supervisor (Robert) in Folsom tire center worst ever supervisor I have seen in Costco... Zero customer handling experience and so rude to talk too
I just replaced 4 tires on my 2025 Tesla Model Y. I expected a great job, which I received but they stood way above any of the other local tire stores and here is why. 1 Price, $1000 lower than two othe estimates with a five year warranty 2 Education, the manager explained to me why on the Model Y its advised to rotate every 5000 miles. 3 Referral for alignment shop at a very reasonable auto shop.
Super service, and a place to shop while you wait.
Pretty terrible service. Had to wait about 30 minutes at the counter before a guy came out to help me with my appointment. They then proceeded to make me wait over 2 hours after Costco closed before finishing.
