Super service, and a place to shop while you wait.
Pretty terrible service. Had to wait about 30 minutes at the counter before a guy came out to help me with my appointment. They then proceeded to make me wait over 2 hours after Costco closed before finishing.
I bought new tires at Costco in June. Two days ago, I discovered my tire pressure was low. I took it to Costco to get it looked at because I had a suspicion there was a nail in my tire (like mosquito bites, I'm prone to this happening for some reason). After standing in line for 15 minutes, I was told that unless I had an appt, they could not look at my tire. Okay, when is the next appt? Next Saturday! What could I do? It's Costco, good service good prices
How are you gonna leave me on hold for more than 5 minutes just to hang up on me and then when I call back I get hung up on without even reaching anybody? Please, waste my time today.. why not.. 🤷
