Have never had as terrible experience with a simple tire change as I just did this past Thursday. Took several hours and was returned with more tire glue on the wheels than actually landed on the tires, all four tires were not filled to the psi specified on the clearly visible inner door sticker and they managed to break one of my tpms in the process and had the audacity to state it had “worn out” despite being perfectly functional prior to their “work”. 0/10 will never give this shop more business.

This place is insanely bad. I’m actually shocked that anyone brings their car here. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. Dropped off at 8 am. Was told it’d be done by end of day. Crickets all day. I finally called at 3:30 and was told it’d be done by 6 pm, 7 pm at the absolute latest. Came to get it at 6:35 and was told it’s not ready, they hadn’t event started, but would be done by 8pm. Waited around, by 7:45pm my car was still in the lot and hadn’t been touched. Checked in and was told actually they couldn’t do it today, I’d have t... read more

Lisa was saintly in her execution of duties while I was getting tires this am. She had many challenges but stayed professional with phone ringing, lines forming, and at least one customer being unreasonable. They had exactly the tires I needed at a good price. Took longer than I expected but they were dealing with a new system. The trick is to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT or be prepared to show up at 7 am to be first in line when they open at 8.
