Great and fairly priced tires, but you better not need tires in a hurry. Ordered tires online and set an appointment to weeks out. Tires didn't arrive in time for the appointment. Had to set up an appointment another two weeks out. Arrived 15 minutes before the appointment. 2 hours later I had new tires. The worst service ever. I resolve to never ever go there again. I waited 2 fing hours and I had an appointment rotation
Needed my tires inspected and someone was out within 10 minutes to let me know what they thought. Didnt try to sell me anything and was much appreciated.
Decent prices, but they did not honor their warranty despite following all rotation requirements. Long waits for “free” rotation services are designed to steer you into the warehouse to shop. Appointments nearly impossible to schedule at this location without lengthy advance booking. We installed a set of Michelins on our minivan at 40k miles. We were told 60-90 minutes for the complementary tire rotation and balance included with tire purchase while we did our shopping. 2 and a half hours later and we were told the car hadn’t even been brought in yet. Total waste of time, made us late for plans later in the day. They didn’t seem to care. Will not come back.
