Needed my tires inspected and someone was out within 10 minutes to let me know what they thought. Didnt try to sell me anything and was much appreciated.
Decent prices, but they did not honor their warranty despite following all rotation requirements. Long waits for “free” rotation services are designed to steer you into the warehouse to shop. Appointments nearly impossible to schedule at this location without lengthy advance booking. We installed a set of Michelins on our minivan at 40k miles. We were told 60-90 minutes for the complementary tire rotation and balance included with tire purchase while we did our shopping. 2 and a half hours later and we were told the car hadn’t even been brought in yet. Total waste of time, made us late for plans later in the day. They didn’t seem to care. Will not come back.
I wasn't able to air my spare tire with the regular air pump outside in the parking lot because the air wasn't sufficient in my spare tire. Mr. Jose in the tire center was so kind and helpful for resolving the issue. My spare tire didn't have a cap too, and he put on one. He's so helpful, professional and reliable with great customer service skills. Thank you Jose
