My fiancé’s dad purchased her tires under his Costco membership at a different location. Before coming in, she confirmed multiple times — both in person and over the phone — that it would be okay for me to bring the vehicle in for service as long as I had a Costco membership and the original invoice. I had my tires serviced at this Costco location, and the hubcap fell off the same day right after the installation. I went back and the employees apologized, but I was still left without a hubcap. This shouldn’t happen if it was installed correctly. From now on every time, I have a tire rotation service done I’m just going to remove the hubcaps before I give them my car.
