Professional staff members, quick service
On the morning of July 6, 2026, I visited the Merced Costco Tire Center and was disappointed with the customer service. The salesperson’s attitude made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I came in looking for professional service, but that was not the experience I had. As a customer spending my hard-earned money, I expect to be treated with respect regardless of how many tires I’m buying. Because of this experience, I will be purchasing my tires somewhere else.
I have a special socket I use to remove my lug nuts. They kept that socket and never put it back in my car. Didn’t know keeping my tools was part of the process
I’d like to thank Manager Adam for his help in selecting the right battery for my vehicle. Car repairs can feel intimidating, but he made the experience easy, honest, and stress-free. I truly appreciate the great service at the Costco Tire Center.
Adam was great. Even though the other techs messed up selling a preordered battery that was ordered specifically for us and was suppose be held, he made it right. Kinda and down to earth.
